By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8bed platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 8bed with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the same subject matter. 8bed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one active 8bed account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 8bed reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.

Required registration information

• Full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification.
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number — this becomes your primary login identifier and is required for account recovery and transaction verification.
• Date of birth — used to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• A secure password of at least 8 characters combining letters and numbers.

Account security obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details, password, or account access with any third party. 8bed will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any support channel.

• Notify 8bed support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not access your 8bed account from devices or networks that you do not fully trust, including shared computers in cafes or public kiosks.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices, to prevent unauthorised access by others.

8bed may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for gameplay. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from bonus play that satisfy the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement for any 8bed welcome bonus is stated explicitly in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the rollover before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• 8bed reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of any modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction using multiple accounts, VPNs, or shared devices will be treated as abuse of promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.

8bed is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge through the account settings section or by contacting support.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 8bed account.
• Session time reminders — set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cool-off periods — take a temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or for a defined period exclude yourself from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not receive any promotional communications from 8bed.

8bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations, or prohibited activities.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from 8bed.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests processed under the Responsible Gaming framework.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or prohibited activities, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8bed collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at 8bed.pro/privacy-policy. By registering on 8bed, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties and is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform.

8bed uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect all data in transit. Account data is stored on secured servers with restricted access controls. 8bed retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure to comply with applicable anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which 8bed operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 8bed's customer support team for resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, the matter may be escalated through applicable dispute resolution channels as notified to you by 8bed at the time of escalation.
